How long a Trade Reclaim payout takes, how to track payout status in the dashboard, and when to contact support.

Trade Reclaim processes every payout request within 48 hours. You can track whether a payout is pending or completed directly in your dashboard, and only one request can be in progress at a time.

How long a payout takes

Once you click Request Payout, the request is processed within 48 hours. Payouts are on-demand and there is no cap on how much you can withdraw, as long as your balance is at least the 20 USDT minimum.

Payouts are paid in USDT on ERC-20 or TRC-20, sent to the wallet address you set in account settings. For inverse or coin-margined contracts (for example BTCUSD), cashback may instead be paid in the currency Trade Reclaim received the commission in, such as BTC or ETH.

What "processing" means

When a payout shows as processing (or pending), your request has been received and is being prepared and sent to your wallet. This is normal and falls inside the 48-hour window. No action is needed from you during this time.

Note: Only one payout request can be pending at a time. If you do not see a Request Payout option, an earlier request is likely still processing. Wait for it to complete, then you can request the next one.

How to check your payout status

Open your Trade Reclaim dashboard.
Find your payout history, where each request is marked pending or completed.
A completed status means the USDT (or applicable asset) has been sent to your wallet address.
If it still shows pending, give it the full 48 hours before taking any further steps.

If a payout takes longer than 48 hours

The most common reasons a payout has not arrived are: it is still inside the 48-hour window, the saved wallet address is invalid for the asset or network, or another payout request is already pending. Double-check that your payout address in account settings is correct for the asset and network.

If more than 48 hours have passed with no update and your wallet details are correct, contact support@trade-reclaim.com with your account email so the team can look into it.
