How to Change Your Payout Wallet
Step-by-step guide to setting or updating your payout wallet address per asset in Trade Reclaim account settings before requesting a USDT payout.
To change your payout wallet, open account settings in your Trade Reclaim dashboard and set or edit the wallet address for the asset you want to receive. You set the address per asset, and it must be valid for that asset and its network. Do this before you request a payout.
Where to update your payout address
Your payout wallet lives in your Trade Reclaim account settings, not on the exchange. Trade Reclaim pays cashback directly to the address you store there, so keeping it current is the only thing standing between an accrued balance and a completed transfer.
How to change your payout wallet
- Sign in to your Trade Reclaim dashboard and open account settings.
- Find the payout wallet section. Addresses are stored per asset, so pick the asset you are setting up (for example USDT, or BTC/ETH for inverse contract cashback).
- Choose the correct network for that asset. USDT cashback is paid on ERC-20 or TRC-20, so make sure your wallet supports the network you select.
- Paste the new wallet address. Copy and paste rather than typing it by hand to avoid a single wrong character.
- Save the change. The new address applies to your next payout request.
Note: Crypto transfers are irreversible. Double-check every character of the address and confirm the network matches before saving. A wrong address or mismatched network means funds cannot be recovered.
Update before you request a payout
Set or correct your wallet before you hit Request Payout. The minimum payout is 20 USDT, payouts are processed within 48 hours, and only one payout request can be pending at a time. If a request is already pending, wait for it to finish before changing the address for that asset.
Why addresses are stored per asset
Most cashback is paid in USDT. But for inverse or coin-margined contracts (such as BTCUSD), cashback may be paid in BTC or ETH in the currency Trade Reclaim received the commission in, and it cannot be converted to USDT. Each asset needs an address that is valid for that asset and network, which is why you save them separately.
FAQ
Can I change my payout wallet after requesting a payout?
You can change the saved address at any time, but a change does not affect a payout that is already pending. Only one payout request can be pending per account, so wait for it to complete first.
Which networks can I use for USDT payouts?
USDT cashback is paid on ERC-20 or TRC-20. Choose a wallet and network you control, and make sure the address is valid for the network you select.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If the payout has not been sent yet, update the address in account settings before requesting again. If a transfer has already been sent to a wrong address, it cannot be reversed, so always verify before saving.
