How to Request a Payout

Step-by-step guide to requesting a payout and withdrawing your cashback balance on Trade Reclaim.

Once your Current Balance reaches 20 USDT, you can request a payout from your dashboard and Trade Reclaim sends your cashback to your own wallet within 48 hours. Here is exactly how to get paid.

Before you request

You need at least 20 USDT in your Current Balance, which is the minimum to request a payout. You also need a valid wallet address saved for the asset and network you want to be paid on. Cashback is paid in USDT on ERC-20 or TRC-20. For inverse or coin-margined contracts (for example BTCUSD), cashback may be paid in the currency the commission was received in, such as BTC or ETH, and cannot be converted to USDT.

Step-by-step: request a payout

Open your Trade Reclaim dashboard and find the Current Balance card.
Confirm your balance is at or above 20 USDT, then click Request Payout.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Enter or confirm your wallet address. Make sure it is valid for the asset and network (for example a TRC-20 address for a TRC-20 payout).
Submit the request.

Your request is then processed within 48 hours, on demand, with no cap on how much you can withdraw.

Note: Only one payout request can be pending at a time. Wait until the current request is processed before submitting another.

Set your payout wallet address

You set the payout wallet address per asset in your account settings. If you are paid in USDT, save a valid ERC-20 or TRC-20 address. If you receive cashback in BTC or ETH from inverse contracts, save a matching address for that asset. An invalid address is the most common reason a payout does not arrive.

Why can't I see the Request Payout button?

The button becomes available once your Current Balance reaches the 20 USDT minimum. If you are below that, keep trading so cashback continues to accrue.

How long does a payout take?

Payouts are processed within 48 hours of your request. If it has not arrived after that window, check that your wallet address is valid and that no other payout is still pending.

Can I send two payouts at once?

No. Only one payout request can be pending at a time. Once the first is completed, you can request the next.

Why was my payout not received?

The most common reasons are that you are still inside the 48-hour processing window, the wallet address was invalid for the asset or network, or another payout request is already pending.
