Why a Trade Reclaim payout has not arrived and how to fix a stuck or missing cashback withdrawal.

If your payout has not arrived, it is almost always one of three things: you are still inside the 48-hour processing window, the wallet address or network is wrong, or another payout request is already pending. Here is how to check each one and get your cashback withdrawal moving.

Why your payout has not arrived

Trade Reclaim processes payouts within 48 hours, on demand, with no cap. A payout that looks stuck usually traces back to one of these causes:

  • Still within the 48h window. Requests are processed within 48 hours. If you submitted recently, it may simply not be paid yet.
  • Invalid wallet address or wrong network. You set a payout address per asset in account settings. The address must be valid for that asset and its network. Cashback is paid in USDT on ERC-20 or TRC-20; for inverse / coin-margined contracts it may be paid in BTC or ETH instead. An address that does not match the asset and network will fail.
  • Another payout already pending. Only one payout request can be pending at a time. A new request will not go through until the previous one clears.

How to fix a missing payout

  1. Check your payout history and status. Open your dashboard and review the request. Confirm whether it is pending, processing, or completed, and note the timestamp you submitted it.
  2. Verify the wallet address and network. In account settings, open the payout address for the asset you are receiving (USDT on ERC-20 or TRC-20, or BTC/ETH for inverse contracts). Make sure the address is correct and matches the network exactly.
  3. Confirm nothing else is pending. If an earlier request is still in progress, wait for it to finish. You cannot have two payouts pending at once.
  4. Wait out the 48 hours. If you are inside the window and the address is correct, give it the full 48 hours before treating it as a problem.
  5. Contact support. If 48 hours have passed and the address and network are correct, email support@trade-reclaim.com with your account email, the payout request details, and the timestamp.

Note: The minimum to request a payout is 20 USDT. Cashback paid in BTC or ETH for inverse / coin-margined contracts cannot be converted to USDT, so it arrives in that asset rather than as a USDT transfer.

Why did my payout fail to arrive at my wallet?

The most common cause is a wallet address that is invalid or set for the wrong network. Open account settings, check the address for that asset, and confirm it matches the network (ERC-20 or TRC-20 for USDT).

I requested a payout but cannot request another. Why?

Only one payout request can be pending at a time. Wait for the current request to complete before submitting a new one.
