Missing or Low Cashback
Why your Trade Reclaim cashback may be missing or lower than expected, how to check it in the dashboard, and exactly what to send support.
If your cashback is missing or lower than you expected, it almost always comes down to one of four things: the exchange did not report that trade to the affiliate, the trade was on an excluded or wrong contract type, it was a BitMart spot trade (no cashback on spot), or you are on a different VIP tier or fee rate than you assumed. Here is how to pin down which one it is.
Common causes of missing or low cashback
- The exchange did not report the trade. Cashback is calculated from the trading volume the exchange reports to Trade Reclaim's affiliate account. If a specific trade was not reported on the affiliate side, no cashback accrues for it. Reporting can also lag, so very recent trades may not show yet.
- Excluded or wrong contract type. Some contract types do not generate affiliate commission. For inverse or coin-margined contracts (such as BTCUSD), cashback may be paid in BTC or ETH rather than USDT, which can make the amount look different from what you expected.
- BitMart spot. BitMart cashback applies to futures only. There is no cashback on BitMart spot trades, so spot volume there will never produce a payout.
- A different VIP tier or fee than expected. Cashback is a percentage of your actual trading fees. If your real fee rate is lower than you estimated (for example a different VIP tier, or a native-token discount already applied), the fee base is smaller and the cashback is correspondingly smaller.
Note: Cashback is a rebate sized as a percentage of your own trading fees, not a discount on the fee and not a flat amount. Lower fees on a trade mean a smaller cashback figure on that trade, which is normal.
How to check your dashboard
- Open the Trade Reclaim dashboard and check Connected Accounts. Confirm the UID for the exchange in question shows as verified. UID verification can take up to 48 hours, and cashback only accrues from your next trade after the link is active.
- Look at Last-30-days Reclaimed and the trade-overview chart to see whether any volume is being recorded for that exchange.
- Remember the timing: each trade is reported and credited within 48 hours. If the trade is very recent, it may simply not have been processed yet.
- Confirm the trade was on a contract type and exchange that qualifies (not BitMart spot, not an excluded contract).
What to send support
If you have checked the above and a qualifying trade still shows no cashback after 48 hours, email support@trade-reclaim.com with:
- The exchange name and the public UID you linked.
- The date, time, market and contract type of the specific trade(s) in question.
- The cashback amount you expected versus what you see.
- A screenshot of the trade from your exchange history if you have one.
This lets support compare what the exchange reported against your records and resolve it quickly.
FAQ
How long until cashback appears?
Cashback accrues from your next trade after the UID is verified and is credited per trade within 48 hours. New UIDs can take up to 48 hours to verify before any cashback starts.
Why is my cashback smaller than the headline rate?
The rate is applied to your actual trading fees. A lower VIP fee tier or a native-token discount reduces the fee base, so the cashback amount is smaller even though the percentage is the same.
Why do I see nothing for BitMart spot?
BitMart cashback is futures only. Spot trades on BitMart do not earn cashback, so that volume will not appear.
