Why Trade Reclaim shows "No trades detected" and how to fix cashback that isn't tracking your trades.
If Trade Reclaim shows "No trades detected", the number one cause is that your exchange account was not created through the Trade Reclaim referral link. When the account isn't tagged to the affiliate, the exchange never reports your trading volume to Trade Reclaim, so nothing tracks and no cashback accrues.
Why trades don't show up
Trade Reclaim earns an affiliate commission only on accounts that signed up through its referral link. The exchange reports the trading volume tied to that link to Trade Reclaim's affiliate account, and Trade Reclaim returns 30-50% of the commission to you as USDT cashback. If your account already existed, or you signed up through a different link or code, your volume is invisible to the affiliate and "No trades detected" is the result.
Note: A correct, verified UID on a wrongly created account still tracks nothing. The referral link, not the UID, is what tags your volume.
Step 1: Check your UID is correct and verified
- Open Connected Accounts in your dashboard and confirm the UID matches the one in your exchange profile exactly.
- Check the verification status. UID verification can take up to 48 hours. If it's still verifying, wait before troubleshooting further.
- Once verified, cashback accrues from your next trade. Your exchange settles each completed trading day once and reports it to Trade Reclaim, so cashback appears after that daily settlement, usually within a day of trading, not per individual trade. Trades made before linking are not counted.
Step 2: Fix the account so volume gets tagged
If the UID is correct and verified but trades still aren't showing, the account itself was not created through the Trade Reclaim link. The fix depends on the exchange:
- New account: The cleanest fix. Create a fresh account through the link or code shown in the Trade Reclaim setup wizard, then link that new UID. This guarantees your volume is tagged from the first trade.
- Referrer swap: Some exchanges let an existing account add or change a referral/affiliate code in account settings. If yours does, apply the code from the setup wizard, then re-link the UID.
- KYC reset: If the linking wizard stalled, a required KYC step on the exchange side may have been skipped. Complete KYC at the exchange, then return to the wizard and finish linking.
Note: Always pull the link or code from the live setup wizard rather than reusing an old one. Hardcoded referral codes go stale.
Still nothing after 48 hours?
If the account was created through the link, the UID is verified, and you've placed a new trade but still see nothing after 48 hours, contact support@trade-reclaim.com with your UID and exchange so the team can check the affiliate report.
