Trade Reclaim collects only what it needs to pay your cashback: your email, the public Exchange UID(s) you link, and the trading volume your exchange reports to our affiliate account. It never collects ID documents, API keys, passwords, or anything that could touch your funds.
What Trade Reclaim collects
- Your email address, used to create your account, send payout and support notices. No KYC is required to use Trade Reclaim itself.
- The public UID(s) you link, your Exchange User ID. This is a public identifier the exchange uses to tag your trading volume to our affiliate account.
- Affiliate-reported trading volume, the trade volume the exchange reports for your UID. This is how we calculate the 30-50% USDT cashback you earn.
- Basic technical and support data, minimal information needed to keep the dashboard working and to answer your support requests.
What Trade Reclaim does NOT collect
- ID documents, no passport, no driver's licence, no selfie. Trade Reclaim requires no KYC (your exchange may require its own).
- API keys, we never ask for or hold exchange API keys.
- Passwords, never your exchange password or login credentials.
- Balances, we cannot see how much is in your account.
- Positions, we cannot see your open or closed trades beyond the affiliate-reported volume figure.
- Withdrawals, we have no withdrawal access and cannot move your funds.
Note: Trade Reclaim is non-custodial. With only your public UID, it cannot view balances, positions or withdrawals and cannot move funds, the exchange keeps 100% control of your account at all times.
How long your data is kept
Trade Reclaim is GDPR-compliant. The data above is encrypted in transit and at rest. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.
FAQ
Why does Trade Reclaim need my UID?
The UID is a public identifier. The exchange uses it to report your trading volume to our affiliate account, which is what lets us calculate and pay your cashback. It grants no access to your account.
Can Trade Reclaim see my exchange balance or trades?
No. We only receive the affiliate-reported volume figure tied to your UID. We have no API keys and cannot see balances, individual positions, or withdrawals.
Do I have to upload ID documents?
Not to Trade Reclaim, only an email and your UID are needed. Your exchange may run its own KYC during signup, but those documents go to the exchange, not to us.
