An overview of Trade Reclaim's GDPR compliance, the data it collects, your privacy rights, and how to exercise them.
Trade Reclaim is GDPR-compliant and collects only the minimum data needed to pay your cashback: your email, the public Exchange UID(s) you link, the affiliate-reported trading volume tied to those UIDs, and basic technical and support data. You can access, correct, export, or delete this data at any time by emailing support@trade-reclaim.com.
What data Trade Reclaim collects
Because Trade Reclaim is non-custodial, the data footprint is small. It never receives your API keys, passwords, or withdrawal access, and it cannot see your balances, positions, or withdrawals. The only account identifier it stores is your public UID, which the exchange uses to report your trading volume to Trade Reclaim's affiliate account.

Your GDPR rights
Under GDPR you have clear rights over the personal data Trade Reclaim holds:
- Access, request a copy of the data associated with your account.
- Correction, fix any inaccurate or outdated information.
- Deletion, ask for your account and data to be erased.
- Export, receive your data in a portable format.
How to exercise your rights
Send your request from the email address on your account to support@trade-reclaim.com and state which right you want to use (for example, "export my data" or "delete my account"). Using your registered email helps verify the request belongs to you.
Note: Deleting your account removes your access to any unclaimed balance, so request a payout first if you have at least 20 USDT available.
How your data is protected and stored
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Trade Reclaim does not sell your personal data.
Retention works as follows:
- Active accounts, your data is kept while your account is open so cashback can be calculated and paid.
- After deletion, your data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Tax and financial records, records that must be retained for legal or tax obligations are kept for the legally required period, even after deletion.

Can Trade Reclaim access my exchange account?
No. Trade Reclaim only stores your public UID. It has no API keys, passwords, or withdrawal access, and cannot see your balances or move your funds. The exchange keeps full control of your account.
How long until my data is deleted after I close my account?
Your data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Records required for tax or legal reasons are kept for the period the law requires.
