A section-by-section walkthrough of the Trade Reclaim dashboard and what every panel and tab tells you.
Your Trade Reclaim dashboard is the single place to see how much cashback you have earned, request a payout, and check that your linked exchange accounts are reporting correctly. Here is what each panel and tab means.
Current Balance and Request Payout
Current Balance is the cashback that has accrued and is ready to withdraw, shown in USDT. Next to it sits the Request Payout button. Once your balance reaches the 20 USDT minimum, you can request a payout on demand. Trade Reclaim processes it within 48 hours, and only one payout request can be pending at a time.
Note: If you see "No balance data available," it simply means no cashback has accrued yet. Cashback starts from your next trade after a linked UID is verified.
Last-30-days Reclaimed and Total Reclaimed
Two summary figures track your earnings over time:
- Last-30-days Reclaimed shows the cashback credited to you across the past 30 days. Use it to gauge your recent trading activity and rebate flow.
- Total Reclaimed is the lifetime total you have received since you started, including everything already paid out. It is the running record of what Trade Reclaim has returned to you.
Connected Accounts and verification status
The Connected Accounts panel lists every exchange UID you have linked, each with a verification status. A verified account is actively reporting your trading volume to Trade Reclaim's affiliate account, which is what generates your cashback. UID verification can take up to 48 hours after linking, so a newly added account may show as pending before it turns active.
If an account never verifies, the most common cause is that the exchange account was not created through the Trade Reclaim link, so your volume is not tagged to the affiliate.
Active Promos
The Active Promos section shows any current promotions or boosted rates that apply to your account. Check it before and after you trade so you know which offers are live and what additional value you can claim.
Trade-overview chart and tabs
The trade-overview chart visualizes your trading activity and reclaimed cashback over time, so you can spot trends at a glance. Below it, the tabs break out the detail:
- Accounts, the full view of your connected UIDs and their status.
- Payout history, every payout you have requested, with its asset, network, and processing status.
- Trades, where your reported volume and credited cashback appear. Depending on the exchange, this is either a per-trade breakdown or a daily total, and spot and futures may be shown separately or combined, based on what your exchange reports.

Why is my Current Balance zero after trading?
Cashback accrues from your next trade after a UID is verified, and verification can take up to 48 hours. If your balance stays at zero, confirm the exchange account was created through the Trade Reclaim link.
When can I request a payout?
Once your Current Balance reaches 20 USDT. Payouts are paid in USDT on ERC-20 or TRC-20 and processed within 48 hours, with only one request pending at a time.
What does the trades tab show?
It shows your reported volume and the cashback credited. How detailed this is depends on the exchange: some report each trade, others a daily total. Cashback is settled on your exchange's daily cycle, so it appears after the day is settled, usually within a day, not instantly. See your exchange's setup guide for its specifics.
