No Balance Data Available: What It Means

Why the Trade Reclaim dashboard shows "No balance data available" and how to fix an empty dashboard before your first cashback accrues.

"No balance data available" simply means no cashback has accrued to your account yet. It is the normal empty state you see right after linking an exchange, while your UID is still verifying, or before you have placed an eligible trade. Nothing is broken, and in most cases it clears on its own.

Why your dashboard is empty

Your Current Balance only populates once Trade Reclaim receives commission on your trading fees from the exchange. That happens after three things line up:

  • The account is linked through the Trade Reclaim referral link, so your trading volume is tagged to the affiliate account.
  • Your UID is verified in the dashboard. Verification can take up to 48 hours after you enter your public UID.
  • You have traded since linking. Cashback accrues from your next trade onward, never retroactively.

Until all three are true, there is no commission to share, so the dashboard correctly shows "No balance data available."

How to fix an empty dashboard

  1. Confirm the account was created via the Trade Reclaim link. If you already had an exchange account before linking, your volume is not tagged to the affiliate and no cashback will accrue. This is the most common cause. Open your exchange's Trade Reclaim page to re-check the correct signup path.
  2. Check the UID verification status under Connected Accounts. If it still reads "verifying," give it up to 48 hours. If it errors, re-enter the public UID exactly as shown on your exchange profile.
  3. Place an eligible trade and wait. Once verified, trade as normal. Your exchange reports each completed trading day to Trade Reclaim once a day, so cashback appears after that daily settlement, usually within a day, and your balance replaces the empty state.

Note: On BitMart, cashback applies to futures only. Spot trades on BitMart generate no cashback, so trading only spot there will leave the dashboard empty.

When to contact support

If the account was created through the Trade Reclaim link, the UID shows as verified, and you have placed eligible futures or spot trades more than 48 hours ago but still see no balance, reach out to support@trade-reclaim.com with your UID and exchange so the team can check the affiliate report.
