How to Connect an Exchange to Trade Reclaim

The general 3-step flow to link any supported exchange to Trade Reclaim and start earning trading-fee cashback.

Connecting an exchange to Trade Reclaim takes three steps: sign up to the exchange through the Trade Reclaim link, find your public Exchange UID, and enter that UID in your Trade Reclaim dashboard. The same flow works for every supported exchange, with small path differences covered in each exchange's own guide.

Step 1: Sign up to the exchange via the Trade Reclaim link

Cashback only works when the exchange tags your trading volume to Trade Reclaim's affiliate account. That tagging happens when you create your exchange account through the Trade Reclaim referral link or code.

  1. Open the setup wizard and pick your exchange, or go straight to that exchange's page (for example trade-reclaim.com/exchange/BYBIT).
  2. Use the link or code shown in the wizard to sign up. For some exchanges you type a referral code during signup; the wizard shows the exact one to use.
  3. Complete any KYC the exchange requires. Trade Reclaim itself asks for no KYC, but the exchange may.

Note: If you already have an account on the exchange, do not just link it. The wizard explains the per-exchange option (a fresh account, a sub-account, or an affiliate transfer/reset) so your volume gets tagged correctly. An account created outside the Trade Reclaim link is the most common reason no trades are detected.

Step 2: Find your public UID

Your UID is the public user ID the exchange assigns to your account. It is safe to share. Trade Reclaim never needs your password, API keys, or withdrawal access, only this number.

  • It usually appears in your exchange profile, account settings, or near your avatar in the app.
  • The exact location varies by exchange, so check the per-exchange guide if you cannot find it.

Step 3: Enter the UID and wait for verification

  1. Open your Trade Reclaim dashboard and go to Connected Accounts.
  2. Select the exchange and paste your UID.
  3. Submit it. The account shows a verification status while the exchange confirms the UID is in Trade Reclaim's affiliate network.

Linking takes about 60 seconds per exchange, or 2-3 minutes if you also create a new account. UID verification can take up to 48 hours. Once verified, cashback accrues from your next trade and is credited per trade within 48 hours. You earn 30-50% of the affiliate commission back as USDT, sized as a percentage of your own trading fees.

FAQ

Can I connect an exchange I already use?

Not by simply pasting the UID of an old account. Volume only tags to Trade Reclaim if the account is tied to the affiliate link. The setup wizard shows the correct path for your exchange, which may be a new account or an affiliate transfer.

Is it safe to share my UID?

Yes. The UID is public and read-only for our purposes. Trade Reclaim cannot see your balances or positions and cannot move funds. The exchange keeps full control of your account.

My UID shows as unverified. What now?

Verification can take up to 48 hours. If it stays unverified, confirm you signed up through the Trade Reclaim link and finished any required KYC, then contact support@trade-reclaim.com.
