When Does Cashback Appear in My Dashboard?
How cashback timing works in Trade Reclaim: when it accrues, when it's credited, and why a short delay is normal.
Your cashback starts accruing from your next trade after your Exchange UID is verified. Your exchange settles each completed trading day once and reports it to Trade Reclaim, so cashback appears after that daily settlement, usually within a day. It then shows up in your Current Balance and your Last-30-days Reclaimed totals.
The cashback timeline
There are two milestones that decide when you first see cashback: linking your UID, and your first trade after that. Here is the order things happen in.
- You link your UID. Linking takes around 60 seconds per exchange (2-3 minutes if you also create a new account through the Trade Reclaim link first).
- UID verification. This can take up to 48 hours. Until your account shows as verified under Connected Accounts, no cashback accrues yet.
- Your next trade. Cashback accrues from the first trade you place after verification. Trades made before that point are not tagged to the affiliate and do not earn cashback.
- Cashback is settled. Your exchange reports the completed trading day to Trade Reclaim once a day, so your cashback lands after that daily settlement, usually within a day of trading.
Where it shows up
Once cashback is credited, you will see it reflected in your dashboard in two places:
- Current Balance, your live, requestable balance. The Request Payout button becomes available once you reach the 20 USDT minimum.
- Last-30-days Reclaimed and Total Reclaimed, rolling and lifetime totals so you can track accrual over time.
Note: Before any cashback has accrued, your dashboard shows "No balance data available." That is expected on a brand-new account and clears once your first credited trade comes through.
Why there can be a short delay
The delay is not Trade Reclaim sitting on your money. Cashback depends on the exchange reporting your trading volume to Trade Reclaim's affiliate account. Two steps cause the wait:
- Verification. The exchange first has to confirm your UID is tied to the affiliate before any volume counts. This is the up-to-48-hour step.
- Exchange reporting. Exchanges report on a daily cycle: once a day they settle the completed day and send it to Trade Reclaim, which calculates your 30-50% share. That daily cycle is why cashback lands within about a day rather than instantly.
When something looks off
If your cashback hasn't shown up a day or two after trading, the usual cause is that the exchange account was not created through the Trade Reclaim referral link, so the volume isn't tagged to the affiliate. Low or missing amounts can also mean the exchange did not report that trade, the contract type is excluded, or it was a BitMart spot trade (BitMart cashback is futures only).
FAQ
How long after my first trade does cashback appear?
Cashback is settled on your exchange's daily cycle, so it appears after the day is settled, usually within a day of trading, provided your UID is already verified.
Do older trades count once I verify?
No. Cashback accrues from your next trade after verification. Trades placed before linking or before verification are not tagged and don't earn cashback.
My UID is verified but I see no balance, why?
If you haven't traded since verifying, there is nothing to credit yet. The "No balance data available" message clears after your first qualifying trade is reported and credited.
