Trade Reclaim support is handled over email at support@trade-reclaim.com. We aim to reply to most messages within one to two business days. Cases that depend on an exchange reporting your trading data can take longer, because that part is outside our control.

How fast you can expect a reply

We reply to support emails in the order they arrive. Straightforward questions about your dashboard, payouts, or how cashback works are usually answered within one to two business days. Sending one clear email with the details below helps us resolve your case on the first reply instead of going back and forth.

  • The email on your Trade Reclaim account.
  • The exchange and the public UID you linked.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Why some cases take longer

Some questions depend on data that comes from the exchange, not from us. Trade Reclaim is non-custodial: we only hold your email and public UID, and we rely on the exchange to report your trading volume to our affiliate account. That reporting can lag.

  • UID verification can take up to 48 hours after you link an account.
  • Cashback per trade is credited within 48 hours of the trade, once the exchange reports it.
  • Missing or low cashback often means the exchange has not yet reported that trade, so we may need to wait for or query the exchange-side data before we can give you a final answer.

Note: If your case involves exchange-side reporting, please allow the full 48-hour window before writing in. Many "missing cashback" reports resolve on their own once the trade is reported.

  • Missing or low cashback can come from an unreported trade, an excluded contract type, or BitMart spot, which earns no cashback.
  • Payout not received is most often still inside the 48-hour window, an invalid wallet address, or another payout already pending.
