How to Set Up Bitget for Cashback
A step-by-step guide to earning 30% Trade Reclaim cashback on Bitget, covering signup, the KYC reset, UID linking, and verification.
To earn Bitget cashback with Trade Reclaim, sign up to Bitget through the Trade Reclaim referral link, then link your Bitget UID in the dashboard. You get 30% of your Bitget trading fees back as USDT, paid on top of any exchange discount.
What to know before you start
Trade Reclaim returns 30% of the affiliate commission your Bitget trading generates, sized as a percentage of your own fees. It is non-custodial: Trade Reclaim only ever sees your public UID, never your API keys, password, or funds.
- New accounts work best. Cashback only tracks if your Bitget account is tagged to the Trade Reclaim affiliate, which happens when you sign up through the link.
- Already have a Bitget account? Bitget allows one KYC-verified account per identity, so you complete a KYC reset to re-register under the link. A 30-day wait can apply, and Trade Reclaim can escalate the request with Bitget if needed.
- US traders: Bitget restricts access in the United States. Check Bitget's own availability rules before signing up.
- Token discount stacks: holding BGB gives 20% off Bitget spot fees only (not futures), and that discount stacks on top of your 30% cashback.
Note: Trade Reclaim itself needs no KYC, only an email and your UID. Bitget may require its own identity verification.
Step 1: Sign up through the Trade Reclaim link
- Open the Bitget page on Trade Reclaim or start the setup wizard.
- Use the link shown there to reach Bitget, then create your account. A welcome bonus may apply for new signups.
- Complete any Bitget KYC step the wizard prompts. If you have an existing account, follow the KYC reset path instead of making a duplicate.
Step 2: Find your Bitget UID
Your UID is a public account number, safe to share. In the Bitget app or website, open your profile or account page; the UID is shown near your avatar or under account details. Copy it exactly.
Step 3: Link the UID in Trade Reclaim
- Sign in to your Trade Reclaim dashboard and open Connected Accounts.
- Select Bitget and paste your UID.
- Save. The account appears with a verification status while Bitget confirms it.
Step 4: Verification and when cashback starts
UID verification can take up to 48 hours. Once verified, your trading from then on earns cashback. You will see "No balance data available" until the first cashback lands.
Request a payout once your balance reaches 20 USDT. Payouts go out in USDT on ERC-20 or TRC-20, processed within 48 hours, with only one request pending at a time.
What you'll see in your dashboard
On Bitget, your trade volume shows up right away, listed per day and split into spot and futures separately. The cashback for that volume follows a little later.
Bitget settles each trading day once, at 12:00 UTC, and reports the day's activity to Trade Reclaim then. So the cashback for a day's trades lands after that settlement, up to about a day after you trade. This daily settlement cycle is how every exchange reports, so cashback is never instant even though your volume already shows. If you see your volume today but not the cashback yet, that is normal: it arrives with the next daily settlement.
FAQ
I can see my Bitget volume but no cashback yet. Why?
Your volume shows immediately, but cashback is paid after Bitget's daily settlement at 12:00 UTC, when Bitget reports the completed day to Trade Reclaim. So cashback for a day's trades can take up to a day to appear. Every exchange settles on a daily cycle, so this short wait is normal.
Does the BGB discount work on futures?
No. BGB gives 20% off Bitget spot fees only. It does not apply to futures, but it stacks with your 30% cashback on spot trades.
I already have a Bitget account. Can I still earn cashback?
Yes, but you complete a KYC reset to re-register under the Trade Reclaim link, since Bitget permits one verified account per identity. A 30-day wait can apply, and Trade Reclaim can escalate with Bitget.
Why are no trades being detected?
Usually the Bitget account was not created through the Trade Reclaim link, so the volume is not tagged to the affiliate. Re-check your signup path or start the KYC reset.
