How to Delete Your Trade Reclaim Account

A step-by-step guide to deleting or closing your Trade Reclaim account and exactly what happens to your data afterward.

You can delete your Trade Reclaim account at any time. Once you do, everything that can be removed is deleted within 30 days, and your linked exchange accounts stay fully under your control because Trade Reclaim never had access to them.

Note: Before you delete, request any pending cashback. A payout needs a minimum balance of 20 USDT, and once the account is gone you can no longer claim what was in your balance.

Before you close your account

Trade Reclaim is non-custodial, so deleting your account does not touch your exchange accounts, funds, positions, or API access. You only ever shared your public Exchange UID and your email. Still, take a moment to wrap up anything outstanding:

Check your Current Balance. If you have at least 20 USDT, request a payout first and confirm your payout wallet address is correct for the asset and network.
Wait for any pending payout. Payouts process within 48 hours, and only one request can be pending at a time. Let it complete before deleting.
Note that future cashback stops. After deletion, the affiliate-reported volume on your UID is no longer matched to you, so no further cashback accrues.

How to delete your account

Sign in and open your account settings.
Confirm your balance is cleared via a completed payout, or accept that any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Select the option to delete your account and confirm the request.

What happens to your data

When you delete your account, Trade Reclaim removes everything that can legally be deleted within 30 days. That includes your email, the public UID(s) you linked, the affiliate-reported trading volume tied to those UIDs, and basic technical and support data.

Some records must be kept longer where the law requires it, such as tax and accounting records related to commissions and payouts. These are retained only for the legally required period and are not used for anything else. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the handling is GDPR-compliant.

Can I get my remaining cashback after deleting?

No. Request a payout before you delete, as long as your balance is at least 20 USDT. Once the account is removed, the balance can no longer be claimed.

Does deleting my Trade Reclaim account affect my exchange account?
